Having your pets
CARED FOR, not
just looked after
We visit the dog(s) in your home setting to see the problem behaviour(s) occur first hand. If the problem is linked to walking, we will take a walk; if it happens in the car, you will take us on a drive. This will allow us to diagnose whether the behaviour is based on anxiety, insufficient exercise, insecurity, a lack of structure in the home etc. etc. We are then able to devise strategies there and then to fix the problem. The last part of the session consists in teaching you these strategies and we only leave once you are confident that you can implement them. Listen to Angela, John and Lorraine talk about their experience with Henry & Major in the You Tube video above left or watch Ralph talk about how we relieved Megan of her fear of walking in the street (above right)).
We have never yet come across a case where we could not help. And typically, one single session is sufficient (3-4 hours). This is because dogs adjust to changes in their environment immediately. Our clients are always surprised by the changes they can see, sometimes within minutes. But once we change what causes the problem, you will see immediate changes in your dog's behaviour. And while you learn to make these changes permanent, free telephone support is available, so you can just give us a call. Or you can book a follow-up session (has never been necessary yet).
We can teach our knowledge in schools, dog kennels or veterinary practices - any place where it is important that humans read dog behaviour accurately. Get in touch if you would like to know more about our company & corporate sessions.
